ABOUT MEXO'S GARAGE

HELLO

Hi thanks for stopping by, my name is Dennis "MEXO".

I've been in the Automotive industry for over 25 years, I grew up in the western suburbs of Sydney, from a young age I had a fascination with cars and bikes.

With older cousins heavily into the rotaries and V8's, it's no wonder I got bitten by the bug as well. 

Starting my apprenticeship in the 90's I worked at an Italian workshop carrying out restoration work on Alfa Romeo and Fiat as well as the odd Ferrari as well as engine conversions on BMW and Mercedes, from there I went and worked at a general mechanical workshop for several years before starting my own workshop in Sydney's west, specialising in engine conversions and dyno tuning, after running this shop for a few years, I sold up and moved for a sea change, fast forward, I've now been on the central coast nearly 10 years raising a family and working for other workshops.

With my high level of skills and expertise I knew it was time to go out on my own again.

We have now had Mexos Garage for over 2 years (est 2021) and specialise in Barra and LS engine Conversions into just about anything, as well as motorsport fabrication. We also work in conjunction with Automotive engineers to ensure your vehicle is street legal.
